What are the rules of law relating to bicycling in Los Angeles?
Most of the time I stop'd by the police on my bike I say it's illegal to ride on the sidewalk and no light. They tell me I have to go in the bike lane, there are not many in the greater Los Angeles. I think they're profiling me, always look for the backpack and my pockets and my ID! But never give me a ticket if I have broken the law?
The laws are the bicycle is a vehicle and subject to the same laws like any other vehicle.

Cycling is his passion. You have reached the point where you want to go to the next level in cycling, and can afford the same equipment that professionals use high-level. As many bikes do you need and what should you get? When you look at the benefits they could get what they want, we find that using a small number of bicycles with different functions. Here are the papers that I think the best job for them, and I apply this model for cyclists who want the best:
1. Powermeter road bike.
This is the main "diary" of bicycles. Almost all the finalists and a growing number of cyclists still active recreational use of power meters. I recommend either an SRM or PowerTap to complement a solid road bike. I define a rigid but comfortable with Campagnolo Record and Chorus components (unless the customer insists on Shimano, but that's another story!) and a light wheelset but solid Upper Race Spinergy Xero Reynolds or Lite. I moved from the road "Fit" model to work around this bike, since most of the time will be devoted to this subject to improve the form and technique. Triathletes will also spend most of their time on this bike, learning to go faster and improve driving skills for driving safely in groups with faster runners.
2. Light road bike for climbing, bicycle parts bicycle when primary is in maintenance and "mental health" walks.
The bicycle is a very efficient way of climbing, the lightweight machine that has a similar geometry the main engine, but with the lighter components, and not Powermeter. When using strength training, it is easy to focus on numbers and more to lose in the sensory input that receives a "pure" bike ride. I wish to inform that a motorcycle is just a small computer, or anything Garmin Edge at all, so you can run through touch, or climb the sake of riding. I do not recommend not see this as the "one bike" as the bike against the clock to fast groups is strongly discouraged. These devices do not handle as well, and if you're in the aero bars can be safely include in a single step. Race against time the team is different, of course, and training can and should be done with this bike. I think if we could run rapid, direct and smoothly on a road bike, the bike that moves the clock is easy and can be efficiently and securely.
4. Cases or bike trip.
There are advantages and disadvantages for each. It's nice to travel and drive. A case can use your bike and go anywhere some where. Using a market share of the bicycle may have a copy of "Titanium" your custom road bike, in a durable format with a small suitcase travel that is under the maximum of the airlines. This is great for international travel and the situations in which a large case is not possible due to the cars small, etc.
5. Bike trail with a road fork and front brake.
This is definitely not for everyone, but is a great training tool. You can have an incredible workout in no time and can develop the bike Hyper capacity to deal with a bike like that.
In short, I think a person who wants to "do things", can greatly benefit from some models, a major with the following parameters:
A fully defined precision laser conditioning.
A plan to educate and inform state and chassis components. These bikes last longer, planning, asique maximum enjoyment and makes investment more profitable.
A plan to improve the ability to riding, training and improvement targets to ensure that these tools can be used to improve the lifestyle of the rider.
