There are a lot of terminology to learn if you are an avid mountain bike. These enthusiasts have their own language, what with "face plants, boing, boing Drillium and wild pig.
However, there is the terminology that cycling remains the same regardless of the user's age, and that the terms used for parts of the bicycle. It is important to know these things too.
1. The axis of Support - a circular hole in the bottom frame the motorcycle used to set the pedals.
2. Brake cable - The cable connects the brake lever brake mechanism.
3. Levers - lever on the handlebars, that activates the brakes. The left lever controls the front brake controls to the right of the brake lever back.
4. - The chain of circular metal links that transfers the power of the ring of the chain to the sprocket. There are two types of bicycle chains: bushingless ring.
5. Plateau - Part of the pedal. A pinion or sprocket attached to the handle and has the chain. The bike may have two or three trays.
6. Crank - A portion of the pedal. The lever or "arm" that connects the foot pedals.
7. Change - The mechanism that moves the chain from one plateau to another inorder to change gears.
8. Down tube - A part of the plot. The tube that comes down tube (supporting the handlebars) to the bottom bracket. Above is the top of the tube that runs from the seat tube head.
9. Front - A suspension system the front fork that allows the bike to absorb shocks without transmitting them to the rider.
10. Handlebar - The horizontal bar at the front of the bicycle is used to direct and levers and handles and other items off a cyclist who wants to have on hand.
11. - Helmet The device that holds the bearings which allows the handlebars and front wheel to rotate the bicycle frame. There are two types of helmets, threading and tapping.
12. Hub - The central part of the bicycle wheel, which comprises a shaft and ball bearings to allow the wheel to move easily. Also, the radiation from the center to the edge of the bike.
13. A pulley block chain is slack to keep the force at all times.
14. Nipple - small bottles screw into the rim of bike that sets radius of the rim.
15. Pedal - A metal bar runs on which to place his foot to push the bike. The pedal is attached to the handle. Pedals can be easy or come attached with clips in which to put their shoes to increase leverage.
16. Rear Shocks - In a full suspension bike, the device that absorbs shocks in the rear.
17. Rim - The metal ring in which the tire is mounted on a bicycle, and that breaks the application of their strength. Interior RIM rays that give strength to the rim.
18. Saddle - Also called the office. Something to sit!
19. Mother Saddle - tubular support when connecting the chair. The tube is placed in the seat tube, and can increase or decrease depending on the rider.
20. Skewer - A metal bar that connects the wheel to the chassis of the bike. At one end is a button to keep the skewers on the other is the release mechanism, which is secured by a "fast" release switch, or screw.
21. Spindle - A portion of the housing support. The axis of free rotation of the crank arms attach.
22. Radios - The son joins the center thickness of the rim. The amount of radiation to determine how the stronger the tire. It can also be arranged in different patterns, affecting torsional forces and brakes.
23. - To stop the metal piece that connects the handlebars to the steering tube.
