Fitness sufficient protective gloves for a punching bag?
Ive been thinking about buying half a punching bag as a fitness supplement my workout gym because I hate running. Common sense and a little Internet research dictate need a hand protection. Since gloves gym already (the standard leather fingerless), I wondered if those would be enough or do I need anything else?
