Is it bad for cables exposed mountain bike?
I want a relatively cheap bike ($ 150 - $ 200). Some of the motorcycles that prefer to have a section at the top of the frame where the cables connecting the lever of the gearbox is exposed. Some of the bikes more cheap have 100% of these cables sheathed with rubber, while some of the most expensive are "exposed" domain. Is it good / bad / t does not matter?
