Does anyone know where to find the next bicycle parts?

I have a used Tiara Next 24 "bicycle for my little sister woman and some parts are rusty, I was wondering where I can find the hardware and the parties to, preferably OEM.

Sorry, you will not find OEM parts East in general. Cheap stores that make bicycles and their parts are stored for them. Most anything on a bike can be replaced or repaired with standard off the shelf parts available online or at bike shops.
