What supplement is good for building the body and gives you the power to develop. Optimum mass would be good?
I plan to build my body and confusing to find what is the best complement. Any body can suggest?
I'm a mass grave for some time (I bought a bag of cement over things lol) but recently stopped and Im gonna get a haircut. Personally, I liked the mass grave. I see reasonable gains since I started use, and to be honest I really do not have all the extra fat (Im ectomorph has a very fast metabolism im lucky). I also noticed my recovery period was slightly smaller than others I have taken supplements in the past. I would recommend, but remember that when you take things like carrying more than 1600 calories in a shake with the milk, you should take the hard work up, or you'll start putting on extra fat! As for the energy boost, take Nitrix (N2O a supplement that I swear by). When you take Nitrix after a few weeks, I'm sure most people (who have taken) would agree that their strength and the amount of time you can train in the fitness is improved. Be careful, it carries a high price tag! Good luck on your decision weight!

Cycle tourism is a hobby that combines tourism and cycling and is practiced by cyclists. The activity is discovering new places, landscapes and places or to visit the land and countries using the bicycle as transportation. Cycle tourism is not to be confused with sports events long distance race like the Tour de France is primarily a leisure activity, exercise is an extra added value, but not the main and only objective cycle tourism. However, it is a form of ecotourism.
The cycle forms of tourism
Cycle tourism can be characterized by the distance traveled, travel time and the nature of the equipment used.
The short trip is a single or a day and a half hike. It requires specialized equipment other than the tire repair kit, water bottle and maybe a light snack.
The travel time can be up to a few hundred kilometers, with walk in camping equipment, a bicycle repair kit and larger apparel and clothing especially to meet the contingencies of changing weather conditions. Thus, a tourist can see by bike whole countries, cross borders or travel between distant cities. Some riders even travel the world and on several continents to plan the future with great accuracy for other eventualities and scenarios.
In France continental Europe and a network of hiking paths dedicated to cycling called "cycle route is being built to facilitate the movement of cyclists of all Europe.
